قابل توجه! لیست زیر خدمات جدیدی است که ریاست استخبارات طالبان به کمک و همکاری پاکستان و چین آنرا فعال نموده و در حال حاضر بنا به صلاحدید خود از آنها استفاده می کنند، توضیح می دهد:

۱-آنها وب سایت NDS (اداره امنیت ملی) را به آدرس http://nds.gov.af فعال کرده اند. ۱/۶

۲- آنها دسترسی مستقیم به سیستمی دارند که به آنها امکان می دهد مکان یک شماره تلفن را بر اساس MSISDN آن تثبیت کنند. ۳-آنها همچنین به سیستمی دسترسی مستقیم دارند که به آنها امکان می دهد مکان یک شماره تلفن را بر اساس IMEI آن تثبیت/بررسی کنند. ۴-آنها توانایی تغییر مشخصات یک شماره تلفن را با کاهش آن از شبکه 3G/4G به شبکه 2G یا بالعکس، پس از اتمام عملیات بدون متوجه شدن مشترک را دارند. ۵- آن‌ها می‌توانند پیام‌های SMS بی‌صدا/مخفی را به یک شماره تلفن ارسال کنند تا بدون اطلاع مشترک، مکان آن را تثبیت و بررسی کنند. ۳/۶

۶-سرور خود را با (gateway) دروازه سیگنال دهی اپراتورهای GSM وص کرده اند و سرور آنها مانند پروژه تیم L-Track کار می کند. ۷-درخواست فعال سازی کدهای کوتاه 1001 و 5316 را داده اند که هر دو در حال حاضر فعال هستند. ۸-آنها دسترسی مستقیم به مرکز CDR (Call Detail Record) دارند. ۴/۶

۹-قابلیتی را فعال کرده اند که به آنها توان می دهد محتوای پیامک های تلفون را مشاهده کنند. ۱۰-به پیامک های بین المللی دریافتی در داخل AFG دسترسی دارند که به آنها امکان می دهد کدهای تأیید را برای پلتفرم رسانه های اجتماعی چون WhatsApp، Facebook، Telegram، Twitter و غیره ببینند.۵/۶

شایان ذکر است که با حمایت افراد چینی و پاکستانی در عقب صحنه، در حالی که افراد محلی افغان در فعالیت های ظاهری روزمره حضور دارند، گفتگوها در مورد خدمات دیگر مانند LIG و IP نیز ادامه دارد. ۶/۶

Significant!

The following list explains the new services that the Taliban Intelligence Directorate has activated with the help and cooperation of Pakistan and China and are currently using at their discretion:

1- They have activated the NDS (National Security Agency) website at http://nds.gov.af. 1/6

2-They have direct access to a system that allows them to locate a phone number based on its MSISDN

3- They also have direct access to a system that allows them to locate/verify a phone number based on its IMEI

4- They have the ability to change the profile of a phone number by reducing it from the 3G/4G network to the 2G network or vice versa, after the operation is completed without the subscriber noticing.

5- They can send silent/hidden SMS messages to a phone number to fix and verify its location without the subscriber's knowledge. 3/6

6- They have connected their server with the signaling gateway of GSM operators and their server works like the L-Track team project.

7-They have requested to activate short codes 1001 and 5316, both of which are currently active.

8- They have direct access to the CDR (Call Detail Record) center. 4/6

9- They have activated a feature that enables them to view the content of phone messages

10- They have access to international text messages received within AFG, which allows them to see verification codes for social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, Twitter, etc. 5/6

It is worth noting that with the support of Chinese and Pakistani people behind the scenes, while local Afghan people are present in seemingly day-to-day activities, discussions about other services such as LIG and IP are also ongoing. 6/6
